- Customer Responsibilities • Customers must use the equipment safely and in accordance with provided instructions. • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. • Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will be the responsibility of the customer and will result in additional charges.
- Liability Disclaimer • Petite Play is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while using our equipment. • Customers assume all risks and agree to supervise children at all times.
