  • A delivery,set up and pack down fee will be applied on all bookings over 10km of Madeley. If within 10km of this, the fees are included in the hire price (excluding single hire items under $50). Our delivery fees and charged based on your location. Please ask for a delivery quote if you require delivery.

  • We offer an option to deliver set up and collect the equipment.
    We also have a delivery and collection only option, at a discounted rate as setup is not included.

    Alternativley you have a DIY option (Madeley location) for the more budget savvy customers. Our small package will need be transported in an empty large SUV with all the seats down. Our larger Soft Play packages need a large clean ENCLOSED trailer, large van or truck.

  • For our DIY pickup option - Hire times are 8 hours (9am-5pm) however we can be flexible if needed. Additional fee may ocur if after hours.

    Delivery, set up and collection - Hire times are 8 hours (9am-5pm) however we are flexible if at a venue. Please specify start and end time of your event.

  • Yes we have public liability insurance up to $10,000,000.

  • Yes a $100 bond is required for all bookings. This is fully refundable as long as there is no damage upon return of the equipment.

    Should our equipment be found to be stained or damaged the bond becomes non-refundable to cover the time and products to return the items to a hireable state. Further damage costs may be applicable pending on the severity of the damage.

  • Our soft play is for children ages 6 years and under.

  • All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned after ever use to remove any dirt, stains and bacteria then heavily sanitised.

    Once you've found the perfect setup, add your chosen packages to your enquiry and let us know the important details—date, location, and whether you’d like our full setup service or a DIY option.

    Step 3: Confirm & Get Ready

    We’ll check availability and get back to you ASAP to lock in your booking. Once confirmed, all that’s left to do is count down to party time!

    Step 4: Pickup or Delivery – Then Play Away!

    Choose to pick up your soft play hire or let us deliver and set it up for you. Then, sit back and enjoy the fun! When the party’s over, return it to us, or we’ll swing by to collect it. Easy!
